PRS ~ Design It Monday

Please excuse me while I blow the dust off this blog and sweep out the cobwebs! We are in the midst of some remodeling projects. I've been doing the leg work bringing home flooring and counter top samples, returning, trying again...you know the drill! Furniture is being moved to the basement, curtains, pictures, all the stuff is coming down. It's a process I tell ya!

We're removing hardwood, carpet and linoleum from the entire first floor making way for new Luxury Vinyl Planks. They look just like wood! Along with that we are having new counter tops installed in our kitchen. Goodbye ugly laminate, hello Quartz! All of the ceilings and walls will get a fresh coat of paint. The last installation will be a new front door and patio door. It's a process with lots of appointments, measurements and decisions. But it will all be worth it in the end.

Anyway...I do have a card up on the Precious Remembrance Shop blog today. I hope you have a minute to check it out! While you're there check out how you can receive free stamp storage with qualifying purchases. You can find that info here.

Have a great day!

Happy Spring!

Hey there! I worked a little here and a little there to finally finished this card up after two days. I've used this week's CAS(E) this Sketch along with Inspired By's inspiration photo. Simple, sweet and springy!

Some of my favorite patterned paper was paired up with embossed polka dots and this too cute for her own good frog. I don't know why, but I've always thought of this image as a boy frog. This time it struck my as a girl, go figure LOL!! She's kissed with a little WOS and die cut from a PPP Mini Tag.

I'm off to link her up at both challenges.
Thanks for stopping by!

PRS ~ Design It Monday!

Hello! I'm up on the Precious Remembrance Shop blog today with my Design It Monday post. Take a trip over to see what I have to share. I would love to know what you think!

Have a delightful day!

Just Because

Hi there! Popping in tonight with a card for this week's Papertrey Ink Make it Monday challenge.

This was a fun technique to try. My colors are based on a cute little GAP hoodie my toddler granddaughter had on yesterday. It was light gray with two toned pink watercolored flowers and golden yellow leaves. I've used blooms from the Pretty Peonies set along with leaves from the Turning a New Leaf set to bring that look to my card.

Thanks for visiting!

Hello friends! It's time for our monthly 12 Kits of Occasions posts. Jessica is our hostess this month. She filled her kit with lovely spring colors and some incredibly cute images for us to use. You can find her supply list on the 12 Kits blog. All of my die cuts are Pretty Pink Posh with the exception of the clouds, those are by Amuse and the Spellbinder's bow.

I could use a lesson in hair coloring. But isn't she cute!

Doesn't this sweet little bear just make you smile!

Check out this magical number. Oh the fun I had!!

I am completely smitten with these bears! This will be a Mother's Day card for Sweet P to give her mommy. I'll have her do some artwork on the inside!

And of course we can't forget daddy! Once again Sweet P will fill the inside with her artwork and we'll set this aside for Father's Day.

Didn't Jessica give us a darling kit this month? I had such a good time with it. Now I'm off to see what masterpieces my amazing teammates have put together. You should come too!
